The "dumbo octopus" is the very affectionate term bestowed upon at least fourteen different species all belonging to the Grimpoteuthis genus of Cephalopoda. These strange deep sea creatures are seldom observed and rarely captured alive for study. Our sterling silver dumbo octopus is the perfect gift for anyone that enjoys learning about the strange denizens of the deep sea!
