Solar Plexus Chakra Wrist Mala: 27-Bead Meditation Mala
The Solar Plexus Chakra Wrist Mala is a 27-bead meditation mala created for practices centered on confidence, purpose, determination, and personal power. Its warm golden and yellow tones reflect the colors traditionally associated with the solar plexus chakra and give the piece a bright, earthy feeling.
Handcrafted with Citrine, Tiger Eye, and Yellow Jasper, this mala brings together stones traditionally associated with confidence, focus, strength, and perseverance. A carved Yellow Jasper guru stone anchors the design, while marigold hand-knotting, gold-colored accents, and a silky yellow tassel complete the piece.
Sometimes called a Quarter Mala, a 27-bead wrist mala offers a compact alternative to a traditional 108-bead mala. Its approximately 9-inch circumference allows it to be comfortably held in your hand or wrapped loosely around your wrist during meditation. It is a meditation tool rather than an everyday-wear bracelet.
The Meaning of the Stones Citrine Traditionally associated with confidence, abundance, optimism, and personal power.
Tiger Eye Often connected with focus, courage, inner strength, and grounded confidence.
Yellow Jasper Associated with stability, endurance, perseverance, and a steady sense of purpose.
Together, these stones create a mala centered on trusting yourself, moving forward with intention, and finding strength in your own inner foundation.

Complete four rounds for a traditional 108-count practice, or use a single round when you want a shorter meditation.
For a Solar Plexus Chakra practice, you might use the affirmation:
I trust myself and move forward with confidence.
A Note from the Artist I created my Chakra Wrist Malas as a smaller, approachable way to work with a traditional mala practice. Each one is inspired by one of the seven main chakras, with gemstones and colors chosen to reflect the qualities traditionally associated with that energy center.
The Solar Plexus Chakra Wrist Mala is about remembering your own strength and trusting yourself to choose your path. I chose its warm yellows and golden tones as reminders of the steady inner light we can return to when we need confidence to take the next step.
Caring for Your Wrist Mala Keep your mala dry and avoid wearing it while bathing, swimming, or exercising. When not in use, store it somewhere safe where the natural stones, hand-knotting, and tassel will be protected.
Because natural gemstones vary in color, pattern, and markings, the mala you receive will be uniquely yours.
