The St Benedict Medal is a powerful sacramental that has been used for centuries to protect against evil. It is especially effective against the powers of darkness, and can be worn or carried with you at all times. The medal features the image of St Benedict on one side, and the words "Vade retro satana! Nunquam suade mihi vana! Sunt mala quae libas. Ipse venena bibas!" on the other. This translates to "Get behind me, Satan! Never tempt me with your vanities! What you offer is evil. Drink your own poison!" When using this sacramental, it is important to have faith in its power and invoke the intercession of St Benedict. If you are in danger or facing a difficult situation, ask him to protect you and give you strength. You can also use the medal as a reminder to stay strong in your faith and resist temptation.
